Hi, I’m Kimberley Coppola, the founder of Quick Recovery Sports Massage in Burleigh Heads. I’m passionate about helping athletes and active individuals recover properly, prevent injury, and stay performing at their best.
Background
I grew up in a sport-focused household, with my dad playing AFL for Essendon and Richmond, and developed a strong understanding of how the body responds to training loads, competition, and injury. After experiencing my own setbacks as a young athlete, and after winning the Stawell Gift, I became passionate about learning how to manage pain, improve recovery, and keep the body functioning at a high level.
